Assessment
The initial meeting(s) include a comprehensive evaluation in which I review your history, symptoms, and goals. We will determine if we are a good match and develop a treatment plan together.
Individual Therapy
Therapy typically involves one on one sessions with your psychologist. Together, you will work toward reaching your therapy goals. Usually these sessions are once a week for 45 minutes, though the treatment will be customized to your needs.
Consultation Services
I provide professional consultation/supervision and trainings to professionals, community groups, and corporations.

Welcome to my practice! I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who focuses on helping you develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help you achieve your goals. I work with my clients to develop the tools necessary to live the life they want to live and no longer need me! I am also aware of the importance of the therapeutic relationship and foster a warm, open, collaborative rapport.
Within cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I also have expertise in related therapies including ACT, EXRP, CBIT, mindfulness, parent training, and the transition to motherhood.
I love this work and am inspired and humbled by the privilege of helping people live their lives in a fulfilling and meaningful way.
